Firm founder Rory Ellinger has been practicing law in Missouri since the late 1970s. Prior to establishing Ellinger & Associates in O'Fallon in 1990, Mr. Ellinger was a founding member of the law firm of Ellinger & Taylor.

Many law firms in the St. Louis metropolitan area are in downtown St Louis. At Ellinger & Associates, we chose to locate our law office in O'Fallon to be more accessible for our clients who live west of the Missouri River. As a full-service law firm, we offer many of the same legal services as downtown law firms, from personal injury, to disability, to family law, to bankruptcy, to probate and estate planning, to small business formation. However, we offer those services in a convenient location and at an affordable price. We also have a St. Louis office for clients east of the Missouri River.
